Saya merupakan dosen tetap di Program Studi Ilmu Administrasi Bisnis, Fakultas Ilmu Sosial dan Politik, Universitas Padjadjaran. Bidang kompetensi saya adalah Kepemimpinan, Kewirausahaan, dan Pengembangan Masyarakat. Bidang ketertarikan saya ada pada Pengembangan Koperasi serta Usaha Mikro Kecil dan Menengah (UMKM).

  • 2015 until now: Sanggar Happy Panda, a course for kids to learn drawing, colouring and other creative activities, Bandung – Indonesia, As an Owner
  • 2014 until now: Anisatusholihah Foundation, a Foundation that is providing free education for kids in rural area, Garut – Indonesia, As a Director
