As part of its role as a hub for talent development in digital innovation, DIGITS UNPAD provides a range of training courses and structured education programms that suit the need of today’s dynamice environment. Our experienced trainers are subject matter experts whose experience spans diverse domains and they have gained strong foothold in their respective areas. Backed by these experts, the training and education program can be broadly categorized into three thematic areas, namely technical-oriented stream, management-driven stream, and academic-based stream. The format of the study program will be structured according to stage and frequency.

To showcase an example, the management-driven area of DIGITS UNPAD’s training may be directed to provide trainings in human capital analytics, digital business model, design thinking, data governance, digital leadership, system thinking, and other applicable trainings that can be tailored to the need of employees or management participants.
